Repurposed CD Spindles
This is pretty awesome. I’m using a lot of DVDs recently, so I have quite a few of these spindles laying around. I don’t want to throw them away, but don’t have a use for them, so this video naturally caught my eye, and I’m definitely trying out numbers one and four. Check it out, any other ideas? Let me know in the comments.

Yea, it’s a good break. I’ve gone a whole 3 days (3×24 hours) without even touching or looking at a computer. It’s been wonderful. I turned mine on today to check up on some things and was like “woah… this looks so different… it’s cool!” But I’m definitely going to try to make my presence on the computer a bit less when I get back, get more involved in living life than living at the screen all the time. :P Hope your break’s going well too.
