Someone came from Obscura Digital today to present on the technology of video projection mapping.  Hard to believe?  Hardly.  It’s pretty simple, just live use of VFX techniques.  And sometimes using motion-sensors or other things to trigger it.  He recommended Resolume and Touch Derivative as pieces of software to get started with it.

From the video above alone, the possibilities seem to abound, and its uses in theatrical production and environment creation/transformation, and guerrila applications, are pretty exciting.
